The Sexiest Job of The 21st Century
We Partner To Create Value
We partner with organisations and individuals across all strata of the society to continue to empower students and young people from low income communities in digital and employability skills to adequately prepare them for the future of work and position them for employment thereby helping them secure sustainable livelihoods.

Butterfly Project
We are working with The Butterfly Project for her Butterfly Women’s Fellowship to train and empower young women with digital skills in order to improve their financial dependence. The fellowship currently in its 2nd cohort has trained more than 20 young women resident in Ibadan (Oyo States) in Graphics Designing and 3D Animation.

YALI
We partnered with The Young African Leaders Initiative (Oyo State Network) to train about 100 young job seekers in resume and employability skills for free in Oyo state at the American Corner, Ibadan.

BNI
We help trained over 50 participants on graduate employability skills for free where our tutors took them through resume writing, job search skills, job interview simulations and so on.

TOA Marketing
We currently partner with TOA marketing to train digital marketers. The partnership after 3 cohorts has trained more than 30 participants in digital marketing while providing them with paid internship placement with local businesses.

August Summer Academy
We partner with different youth focused and youth led organisations in our August Summer Academy project to equip secondary students with digital skills like AI, robotics, designing, public speaking and so on during their long break in order to prepare them for the ever evolving digital economy and the future of works.

UI, UNILAG & The Polytechnic Ibadan
At the University of Ibadan, University of Lagos and the Polytechnic Ibadan, we partnered with youth and student organisations like Union of Campus Journalists, Renewable and Natural Resources Student Association, Junior Chamber International, Law Students’ Society and tens of others to equip their members with global in demand digital and employability skills.

Individual Projects
We also help individuals like Lukmon Fasasi, Jamiu Mujeeb, Joshua Aroke and tens of others contribute to youth skill development in the society by giving them a platform where they can sponsor young people from low income communities to learn global in demand digital skills for free.

ASUU
During the last 2018/2019 ASUU (The Academic Staff Union of Universities) Strike, we launched a skill acquisition training for affected students to put the time to valuable use and acquire some digital and soft skills while waiting for the suspension of the industrial action. We trained more than 150 students in Web Designing, Graphics Designing, Python Programming, Web literacy & CV Writing.

ENACTUS
We worked with ENACTUSUI on its LearnAgain Project, an initiative to take out-of-school children who roam the streets begging or hawking back to school and also empowering mothers/guardian of these children who predominantly have no sustainable means of income with entrepreneurial skills. We helped trained over 10 mother beneficiaries in basic financial skills to better manage the businesses.

HultPrize University Of Ibadan
The Hult prize is the World’s largest movement for the launch of for-good for-profit startups and has been referred to as the “Nobel Prize for students”. For the 2020 case challenge, we partnered with Hult Prize UI to provide skill facilitators to train 122 teams (consisting of about 400 participants) in business proposal writing in order to give them practical entrepreneurial skills.
